The name is a Puerto Rican term of endearment; what you call family and friends, beloved neighbors, or fixtures of the community. That spirit of warmth and hospitality became the foundation for a probiotic soda built on three pillars: culture first, flavor rooted in the island, and health. Every flavor is made with tropical fruits sourced from small-scale Puerto Rican farmers, tying the product directly to the land and economy it represents.

The identity pairs bold, confident type (ES Park, ES Peak Rounded) with hand-drawn botanical illustrations and a palette pulled from the island itself: terracotta, deep green, navy, citrus, and tamarind gold. Three launch flavors, Pineapple Coconut, Lime Bilí, and Tamarind Citrus, each own a distinct colorway while reading as one family. For the environmental activation, custom piragua cups double as a conversion tool: a peel-away sticker on the back reveals a coupon code redeemable online or at retail.
The pop-up activation centers on a mobile piragua cart, serving free shaved ice made with Papí soda. Around it: a custom domino table that gives people a reason to sit and stay, an A-frame sign that pulls foot traffic and lists the menu, and a branded uniform (canvas apron, pava hat) that connects the staff back to the farming story. Every surface is a designed touchpoint. The whole system fits on a bicycle.
